Hey, I know life isn’t all rainbows and butterflies,

But we all have bad days,

We all have hate,

We all have sorrow

 

But we also have faith

 

We have faith that even though today isn’t the best,

There’s always tomorrow to try again

 

So, live your life at the best,

Welcome to my world,

Where it isn’t all that easy, but you can do anything if you put your mind to it

 

So let me tell you that,

You are who you are,

And that’s all,

No one else can be you,

And you can’t be someone else,

Because even though we might try to take the same path as each other,

No one else is walking that path with your footprints, are they?

 

You may try speak a poem,

Or sing a song like the artists does,

But no one is speaking that poem,

No one is singing that song with your voice

 

Everyone’s voice is different

Everyone’s voice can sound weird to someone else compared to their own

But, hey

Weird is personality,

Weird is unique,

“normal” is boring

 

So,

No matter what they say,

You are beautiful even if you don’t see it

 

And,

No matter what they say,

You’re awesome,

Dude, you rock,

Even if you can’t see it
