Slowly slipping away from the surface,
gasping for a quick breath of air.
You try to pull me under
but you keep drifting farther away.

The currents get stronger,
the waves get bigger.
You start to realize what is happening
you are drowning- drowning in a sea of lies.

So i bid farewell
to all the pain you have caused.
The lonely nights and days full of pain.
