Dreamers
I, too, sing America since I was brought here at the age of six.
My only home is the land of the free.
I, too, follow the laws and regulations like a U.S citizen would under the constitution.
I’m known as a dreamer.
I, too, put in the work to make my dreams a reality, but is all of the hard work and effort really valuable anymore?
I, too, sing America?
This poem is about:
My community
My country
Our world
