Do You Look At Me Or My Skin Color??

Location

If we are all equal as races, why do I not feel as so?

Disrespect, is something I cannot stand for, nor is racism!

GOD created all of us; yes, some may have darker pigments, but does my skin color make me inferior to someone else?

Why can't we be accepted by our characters?

Most black people are judged by being thieves, liars, and crooks, but why not by our accomplishments?

Black people have come so far in history;

From inventing the stoplight, to peanut butter, but why is it our achievements are left in the shadows?

We are stepping out, loud and proud to be African Americans...

We have a black president, when they said what would never happen, were also free in America when most said slavery would last a lifetime.

BUT YET RACISM IS SOMETHING THAT WILL NEVER FADE.
