Different

When you are different

Everything is wrong

Nothing is right

But because of that

You still have to fight,

With all your might

You have to flaunt your Ethnicity

Your Philosophy

Your Style

Your PRIDE

You cannot hide

But, if everyone is different

Would that make us insane or just plain?

I couldn't care less to hear about your hair being long & blonde

About which rep you're on

Who are you trying to impress,

The girl in the fake Calvin Klein dress?

I don't get it

What's your goal?

Why would you trap your soul,

In a deep dark hole

Be free.

It's okay to be different and say

"This is me"

To me, if you're just like everyone else,

What is your purpose in life?

What makes you think you'll be able to have kids and a wife

But, I guess it's just me.

I guess I'm the only one who can see

Being them isn't cool

Being them actually makes me want to drool

Don't be something they want to see

Because then you'll be forced to live in a fake reality

And trust me,

That was not meant to be

Her

Them

It

Him

You

They

Me

We ...

Were meant to be

DIFFERENT
