You retracting your will

Me standing more still,

 You moving slowly and quietly

While I wait defiantly

Paralyzed in time

Yet I seem to not mind,

The steps you take with your back facing

Remind me of the dreams I was chasing

Our first kiss, our first meeting

  My Heart’s never ending beating,

Reminding and repeating

Time will have this memory erode

And remove the feelings I currently hold

So I need not worry or mind

Because I’m surrounded by  time
