Depression

James 4:9 New Living Translation (NLT)

Let there be tears for what you have done. Let there be sorrow and deep grief. Let there be sadness instead of laughter, and gloom instead of joy.

Depression

There is a reason for my tears … I don’t like the sunshine

This is my place of comfort that I know so well

Here I can hide my fears … where choices are all mine

I can analyze, stack and sort … my feelings you can tell

I feel right at home in this place made for singular

I decorated every room according to my choice

Here all alone freely to roam in the familiar

Writing my own gloom and repeating this in voice

I call out for help but I really don’t want it

Why should I leave discomfort and accept responsibility?

I know it so very well as I like to feed on this

an ever-growing monster called: ”Accountability”
