Denseness

Luke 22:46

46 “Why are you sleeping?” he asked them. “Get up and pray, so that you will not give in to temptation.”

Denseness

A drop of water hit my page and it made me happy.

I thought it to be a tear ... to show I really cared.

It fell from my coffee cup ... the one that I was moving

and as it crossed my paper ... it left some water there.

Dazing off in early morn ... should I have stayed in bed?

Fragments of time it seems ... brought me some awareness.

Is it worth slivers of time ... to be truly inverted?

While the majority of it was spent in forms of denseness?

I am here I’m with it ... and then I’m there and gone.

Somewhere in la-la land ... riding on the waves

Alertness as a sinker ... deep below the surface and

my attention like a bobber ... bouncing on the grave.
