Dedication

I dedicate this portfolio to my Mom and Dad.

Every day was a struggle like weather that was unpredictable bad.

But days got better when you gave me a pat,

And said, "It gets better I know because I am your dad.”

You refill the food that is important in my life.

Without it, my stomach would feel like it was lodged with a knife.

From the age of 1 week and 14 years to be,

You gave me hope like a dandelion beginning as a little sprout to a thing

made of big green.

Under the circumstances, I love you both more than I can acquire.

For you, both are what make me burn brighter with love like fire.

A lighthouse is lonely in the darkness of the night.

But you always stay with me and never leave my sight.

I wake up in the morning with food on the table and apples of plenty.

And remember that there are unfortunate people with none of any.

The wounds I afflicted are closing slowly.

Because of the dear encouragement that you gave me wholly.

Like birds, we have to leave the nest.

But don't go without encouraging words from the best.

I want to make you proud as every parent should be.

By showing my gratitude to the two that I love thee.
