Dear Friend

Dear friend,

Where are you?

I hope you are doing well.

I miss you so much it makes my heart swell.

You left this world too soon.

It was the 23rd of June.

But you were dancing all the way to the end.

And I danced with you my friend.

However, I couldn’t save you.

So, instead you flew.

All the way up to Heaven.

You didn’t even make it to eleven.

It has been seven years.

I miss you.

I hate what you went through.

You were in pain.

I wanted to take you to the beaches of Maine.

It’s peaceful there and you deserve peace.

So that is why I had to do one important thing...release.

I am about to enter college.

My goal is to obtain more knowledge.

I intend on making a difference.

I intend to inspire.

But it is you that I admire.

You inspired me.

You will always be with me.

I miss you.

Love,

A grieving friend
