Dear Fear

Dear Fear,

I have allowed you in my life for far too long. You have made my minor hardships become major, and forced me to lay silent when I want to speak.

No more will I allow you to do that. You see, I have added the word "conquer" to my dictionary. To conquer means to overcome. I no longer can sit still when faced with a challenge. I no longer will stay silent when I am doubted. I no longer will let my voice be passed over like the way cars pass billboards on a highway.

I have grown confident, and I have gathered enough strength to get up when I fall. I have gathered enough strength the make you dissapear.

Yes, you guessed it. This is my break up letter to you. Like any high school love, you've attached yourself to me for far too long. Unfortunatly, it is time for me to fight instead of take flight and say goodbye to something I have grown so accustomed to having around.

Goodbye,

Sarah
