       A Curse



I saw it as a paradise,

A paradise of rare human beings,

I saw the most sensitive hearts

Through their weird faces,


Their limitless laughs,

Innocent eyes,

Told me a worse tragedy,

Oh! How fortunate I was

For being there even at once,


They were the most virtuous

Humans I had ever seen,

But the ignorant world had trapped

Them in a word called,
