The Country Life

Saddle up the horses

Lead them down the trail

Run with them for hours

With the wind in our hair

When the sun starts to go down

We head back to the house

Try on clothes after clothes

Trying to look perfect

Slip on our boots

And head down the stairs

Ready for that rodeo dance

Dancing like ammitures

Singing along to country song

Laughing at all the drunks

Sitting at the bar

Me and my bestest friend

Micayla and I

Living the country life

Close up all the blinds

Lay out on the bed

Stay up for hours

Talking about boys

When the sun starts to come up

We start to fall asleep

We jump up out of bed

Ready for our daily routine

To begin again

Back Too Chorus

We’re living the country life

We don’t care what people think

We will always do our own thing

We’ll always be friends till the end

Cause when it comes to us

Nothing is impossible

We’ll always dance around like ammitures

Singing along to every country song.
