The Company Outside My Head
Of all the things to choose,
I think my friend I couldn’t lose.
She is a helpful friend,
Until the very end.
She says I can make her smile,
Though I’m always in denial.
She is one of the nicest people to me,
She fills me full of glee.
She knows my pain.
My sanity she can sustain.
Without her comforting laughter,
I don’t think I can make it without her.
