Come back

I looked up to you

You had always been there for me since the day we met

You protected me from the demons in the world

You could do no wrong

But it was all lies

You blinded me with your words

Never thinking I would find out

 Never thinking I would understand

But I grew up

I could see clearly

All your faults and mistakes

All the pain you have caused

The mess you had created

You let me down

The person I once thought you were was a lie

My image of you shattered

I wished you would have stopped and think

But you didn’t

And now you’re far away

Only seeing you once a month

For thirty minutes

With a window between us

Brother please

I don’t hate you

But when will you stop

When will you realize what you are doing is wrong

When will the brother I knew come back
