The Color of Our Sins

Fri, 01/20/2023 - 02:44 -- TreBell

Racism, a disease of the mind

Spreading hate, leaving victims confined

Judging by the color of one's skin

A sin that has caused so much grim

It's time for us to take a stand

And break the chains that bind our land

Equality is what we seek

Together, we can make it peak

Let us not be blind to our past

But learn from it and make it last

Let's build a future where love reigns

And racism is just a thing of strains

We are all human, we all bleed

Let's plant the seeds of a new breed

Where love and acceptance is our guide

And racism becomes extinct, forever denied.
