The Color Girl

I guess you could say I was the color girl

I was clothed in black and blue

When he would not put the bottle down

I embraced the red too.

I guess you could say I was the golden girl

But only if you knew

The amount of failures that I obtain

Made my accomplishments very difficult to persue.

I guess you could say I was the pink girl

Always volunteer to give back

Although when the lights went out at night

I was always the one under attack.

I guess you could say I am the green girl

A four leaf clover I have not found

But for all these colors to mark who I am today

I would go another round.
