In this empty room

the walls forever encase me

While the betrayal of time

Tries slowly to erase me.

No one knows I'm here

Trapped in the confines of my mind

Desperately seeking exits

But escape I can not find.

Screams fall on dead ears

And I begin to lose control

Gasping at the sinking air

As pain grasps this lonely soul.
