Cinderella Remastered

Once upon a time

In an undisclosed location

There lived a father-daughter duo

With a crime fighting vocation

All around the land

Word traveled of a threesome

A mother and her daughters

Who killed for abundant income

Rumor had it that the bunch
Searched for wealthy widowed men
To make a fortune from their money
By seducing the heartbroken into marriage over and over again

Their reputation was a gruesome one
But no one dared speak out
Anyways, all police forces were too scared,

And to their lives they were more devout

Cinderella and her father were the bravest of them all,

They sought the worst criminals

And brought them each to justice

And the chance to catch another was irresistible

Word spread high and low

Of a prince seeking a wife

And of course, the mother/daughter trio

Would surely arrive

Cinderella and her father

Prepped the castle for a safe night,

And worked alongside the royal court,

To help the prince live to find his new bride

Once the time came for the regal ball

The prince was fully guarded,

Cinderella was disguised in a glittering dress with gleaming armor

And everyone had a background check before it all started

Cinderella noticed

Some people sneak on through

They were beautiful and young, and normal-looking too

But, following her instinct, Cinderella pursued

As the night continued,

And the prince danced for his match,

Everyone seemed happy,

But Cinderella overheard the odd trio’s plan

One sister would seduce the prince,

And secure their spot in royalty,

While the other would slip a slow-killing poison

Into his unsuspecting drink

Before they had a chance to act

Cinderella bolted out from the crowd

As the sisters and their mother prepared to take her on,

Cinderella laughed out loud

With her extensive fighting techniques

The three didn’t stand a chance,

And within seconds

They were all cuffed by their hands

Astonished by her heroic act,

And by her gleaming image almost blind,

The prince asked Cinderella for her hand

Flattered, but unimpressed, she keenly declined

The prince married another girl,

But no one really cared,

All eyes were watching Cinderella,

The most stunning, smart, and bravest woman there

Cinderella continued on with her life,

Actively pursuing criminals and apprehending evil,

And through all of her hardships, like enduring the death of her father,

She remained fiercely independent, self-sufficient, and undeniably regal.

And she lived happily ever after.
