Children of the day or shadow

Job 33:6

Look, I am just like you in relation to God;
I too have been molded from clay.

God formed Adam this we know and He chose the substance.

The outer had no cracks or flaws and to be filled with God’s longing.

For how many years he went and learned from God Himself

How to talk and how to write ... and how to name surroundings.

Animals, trees, bugs and insects ... nothing passed him by.

He and God walked hand in hand through the marvel of The Garden

And then what’s called The Fall … thundered into existence

As what was once complete ... became now guilt and pardon.

Yes we are formed of clay … we are also made by hand.

The clay is not the problem … it is what it contains.

What’s within makes the outside crack … is that any wonder?

Most jars are too brittle … from the sin’s boiling strains.
