As a child we grow

As a child we grow up knowing exactly what we want to be when we actully grow up

A fire fighter is what I wanted to be

The red lights and water is what excited me

But the tragedy of 9/11 also frighten me

Buildings taller than Jonny and the Apple Tree

Had fallen shorter than my knees

As a child we grow up knowing exactly what we want to be when we actully grow up

Commander Me, is here and ready for action

But who knew the action I thought it would be turned into The Survivor with drippings of blood

Call me scary or a wimp, but that dream job faded away like paint on a rainy day

As a child we grow up knowing exactly what we want to be when we actully grow up

This time around I figued becoming a Medical Assistance wouldn't be bad a rememberance

From the small hearts that beats to the unresting pregnant women on their feets

I am proud to finally grow up and strive for my dream job that will reform this world
