Carry On

I've worked so hard to get this far,

but to you it was worthless from the start.

I'm not good enough because of birth.

It's hard to believe my parents money

determines my worth.

I've worked so hard to get this far,

I've been pushed around all along the way.

But I stay strong and carry on.

Because I won't let my birth

decide my future's gone.

I've worked so hard to get this far,

I finally made it to a place I can call home:

at least for the next four year,

but I stay strong and carry on.

Giving up is my biggest fear.

I've worked so hard to get this far,

staying up all night reading about Motzart.

Living off coffee and engery drinks,

but I stay strong and carry on,

even when I'm pushed to my brink.

I've worked so hard to get this far,

one day my journey here will reach an end.

I'll smile and wave as I walk across the stage,

I'll stay strong and carry on,

it'll all be worth in when I see my wage.

I've worked so hard to get this far,

I'll stay strong and carry on.
