Bring me to life

Oh bring me to life the magic of thine.

Temptations round corners as trouble brews

City of lights how wonderful divine!

With night creeping forward, the day brings new

Creatures delight! How wonderful the fright.

My mother leans in to speak of the wind

Her eyes gleaming, how beautiful and bright.

City of love says she, With galloping hind.

Trees blend with the buildings, Oh my dear

Skyscrapers astounding stand tall in pride.

People walking sidewalks having no fear

Gangsters and mob having nowhere to hide

My daughter can you feel the unreal real

Holding on to the lights it’s the sealed deal.
