That Boys' Life

Location

Trials and Tribulations

Failures and  Success

Life and Death matters is what laid that boy to rest

Eyes wide open

Realizing who was real

Ignoring others' logic

trapping, sealing every deal

Providing for his siblings

Fast life in the game

"Trap Star", "Drug Lord"

known in the streets as "Beast", not to be tamed

Life in the trenches, living with misfits

Becoming a statistic

Realizing lessons relevence

Pivitol, realizing realistics

Jail time

Coming to realize far too late?

Dropped the soap, raped

inmates called him gay, no longer straight.

Drug charges, "easy". He made bail

Back to society, longing for perfection

Back to protecting his sisters

but, he'd lost their connection.

Back in the game, back to the streets

Reverting back to what he knew,

bussin' nuts between the sheets.

Mind flooding memories

Weapons for defense, drugs for the masses

society still ain't make sense.

They say; "The good die young", If only he was bad

Somebody shot my big brother

Am I sad or am I mad?

17 years young and finally out of the game,

No remorse, no shame, they still shitted on his name

It flipped my life upside down

"Home" never felt the same.

Gone but, never forgotten

Forgiven, never to forget

6 feet under

Motionless.

But, remebered in this moment.
