Body

This, is my stomach.

Yes, it is probably

Larger than yours.

Yes, it means that I have

To wear a larger pants size

Than you.

No, it does not matter as much

To me as it does to you.

These are my thighs.

Yes they are bigger than

Yours.

Yes they rub against each other

When I walk and

Yes they

Double in diameter

Every time I sit down.

No, this fact dose not bother me as much

As it bothers you.

Obviously, You do not know what this

Large stomach

And these

Big thighs

Are capable of.

With the wide back

That rests behind

The stomach

I can carry twice as many people

As you.

With the powerful thighs

I can run

Twice as fast

The gut

Inside the stomach

Can take twice as many punches

As yours can

And sometimes it needs to.

Because people like you keep throwing

Hit after

Hit after

Hit into the

Muscle and blood and bones

And fat

And I just keep

Absorbing it all.

Because sometimes, I need to.

This, is my body.

No, it is not as thin as yours.

No, it cannot fit into the same

Dresses

Or

Pants

Or

Shorts

And no it does not

Look the same in

A spaghetti strap tank top

And a tight leather skirt.

No, my body is not as flexible as yours,

Not as bendable,

Not as breakable

Not as fragile.

This is my body and no.

It is not as pretty as yours.

But I do not care.
