Blind Love

Location

Strongholds that she feels in her soul

Living in the midst of a painful life untold

Searching for love in strange places

But still she gravitates to these familiar faces

Living in a world of lust and confusion, bound to this illusion

Yet this ain't even the final conclusion

You see this life is her medication

Yet no man is willing to put in that real love dedication

Dragging her bag of trust issues, feeling misused

She wipes her 10 years of pain in the game with a Puffs box of tissue

These temptations have her in these shackles of devastion

Lights Out! No more bands to make her dance

Sitting in a room too far gone in a trance

Her insides about to explode

But still she clings to her usual mode

Blind Love

She gave these strongholds permission to let her be submissive to bond with this negative type of attention

Symbol of seduction, post-poned her construction, placed on the pathway to a self-destruction

Blinded by a false love

Searching for love in strange places

But still she gravitates to these familar faces
