Blind Indifference

Tue, 11/06/2018 - 18:25 -- annbrad

Punch the house

It's so messed up
I want out

Light it up, I cannot bear
My sister crying as people stare

What will it take?
I do no know.

I dare not ask,
indifference my foe

Why complacency is the norm,
I want to know

The sting so deep, the burden so full
shooting through, I'm cracking
as others

Can you not see?

She is your sister too.
