The Bite Back By: Chloe Gaydos

Oh how I love the way that your Words

Disgrace, Beat me,

And Stone me.

The way your Gentle touch Stabs

And your Soft lips Bite.

Because I always come Back

With a sharper knife

And a deeper Bite.

Oh how I love the way

That your money suffocates you

Hurts you

And then Finishes you.

The way my simple fabrics choke

And when my parents go broke.

For these are our lives,

Separate in every way

And not quite Handsome enough

TO tempt our eyes

OH how I love the way

That we feast on this table of Lies

Where the pork is poisoned

With the Bites of Despise
