Birth of a New World

Wed, 10/07/2015 - 23:13 -- ss14959

A slumber untroubled, wakened only by a sigh of summer.

Unto the clouds it speaks of ages long forgotten,

Seasons long fallen into cycles of rebirth.

The garden grows new beginnings, scattered across sorrow’s soil.

Sprouts of spring break the earth. Sunlight shatters the sky.

Tomorrow a new world is tended, built upon the ruins of the old.
