Because I Love You

Because I love you, every time a tear wets those adorable cheeks of yours, I will be there to wipe them away

Because I love you, your problems become my problems, and we will fight them side by side

Because I love you, your beauty is not what you see in your reflection, it's who you are inside

Because I love you, I will move mountains and change the course of raging rivers just to see you smile

Because I love you, I do not hate or shame the ugliness in your actions or personality; I embrace it

Because I love you, I trust you with the entirety of my mind, body, and soul

Because I love you, you are the epitome of adorable, of my burning love

Because I love you, you are the personification of the lovely Aphrodite, hiding the mischievous Eros

Because I love you, you are the Bonnie to my Clyde, the Gomez to my Morticia, the Han to my Leia, the Antony to my Cleopatra . . .

And because I love you, I must leave you

Because you deserve so much better than I.
