Because I Love You

I didn’t fall in love with you

I freely walked into it

With both eyes open

Choosing to take every step of the way

Even though I do believe in fate and destiny

I also believe we are only fated to do things

That we would do anyway

With that being said

I’d choose you…

In a hundred life times

A hundred worlds

Any versions of reality

I would find you

And I would choose you

We may be two different people

We may have our share of arguments

We may not be the best couple

But our imperfections are what make us so perfect

We accept each other for who we are

We care for each other

For all these reasons, good and bad,

I’d choose you.

Because I love you.
