Every second of every day
The world is telling women how to behave
Wear your hair like this, your makeup on point
And if you're over 110 pounds
Get your ass to the gym
Portion control, exercise, and your eyebrows on fleek
Will make you feel alright
Because that's what others want to see
I wake up and I look in the mirror
To see my hair in disarray
I shower and brush my teeth
Getting ready for my day
I walk out the door without looking in
The mirror again.
I mean who cares I know I'm beautiful
The way I am.
