The Beauty of her Crown

Taken from her when she was forced on the boat

Beaten and tired when she acquired  the status of queen

A crown made from the grativy defying strands became her blanketed coat

Her king beaten and stripped of his riches was something only her majesty seen

Then when she was freed a verbal warfare on her crown became her new chains

The workplace became her petting zoo where they all cheered can I touch it

She relied on her King but he turned and chose a new set of chains

All alone all unloved all betrayed but she chose not to sit

Oh no no because the queen once held her crown when her king was stripped of his

The queen once held her crown when the world tried to chemically burn it

The queen once held her crown  when the world  said to never show what it really is

The queen once held her crown when her sons and daughters were killed  before theirs fit

Her crown became her blaket and her ungly disguise

Next time you see the queen show it never decide to chastise
