Beautifully Broken

Location

A broken clock makes no sounds,

A beautiful silence without disruption,

A pale white specter drifts over the grounds,

A dark reminder of mans corruption,

A spectral hand to hold the mirror,

An eerie light to guide  words unspoken,

A face forever trapped in constant fear,

A tired soul that was beautifully broken.

Beware the scars sharp words so bold,

Behind the moon the sun won't shine,

Beyond the day the air grows cold,

Beneath this porcelain mask of mine,

Beat again you broken heart,

Bask in sunlight you withered soul,

Begin again a life of art,

Believe that you are beautiful.
