Battle Field of Life

Is it okay to shed tears?
Is it okay to get exhausted,
or to be melancholiac?

Is it okay that your body becomes distorted? Crumpled and torn?
Is it okay that you become forgetful at times? That you mumble and stutter when you speak?

Is it okay that sometimes you don't recognize who you are?
That you want to be secluded?
Or is it okay if you feel deeply emotional?
I think that's just okay to feel that sense of insecurities.

You're human, a living soul,
and have feelings too,
Shortcomings you may have,
Yet you've given yourself fully,
That everybody feels satisfied,
You have a lot to be proud of!

You're a light that paved the way,
You're you, you must stand tall,
You have lots of limitations,
But brave and strong in order to fight,
In this battle field of life.
