Ballad of the Ballerina

Twirl on your toes

Jump above your head

Dance across the floor

Leap into the light

Don't fear the fight

Blue and green wage war

On the god rays of sun

As pink twirls above white

Blinding beautifully

After all

Tippy toes know

Blushing when they see it

Meet the moon

He's a quite a bright fellow

But don't be down

When earth comes back round

Besides

The whirlpool you know

Is jealous too

Chocolate melts in the sun

But not you

You are the sun

Ever clashing with your tutu

High on your toes

Far from your woes

Nothing can keep you down

Always you dance

Always you twirl

Always you whirl
