Isn’t a teenagers life
Supposed to be exciting?
Parties and staying out late
It’s not like we have good grades either
We sit here
Without an excuse, just boring
But is it so bad to just be average?

Great poem! Just a small word of advise: don't focus so much on trying to be the "average teenager". Just try to enjoy and make the most out of the life given to you. I went through a weird phase in high school of wanting to be accepted by the "in crowd", until I realized that I had nothing in common and actually really hated the "in crowd". lol
