Astroid girl boy Earth

I told him

i told him to let go

but not forget

He never had to forget her

i told him he must understand

she is lighting to him

she is thunder

she is ån astroid

That can obliterate his world

she is rain in a hurricane

and i told him she can’t be fixed with tools

i told him she is not a broken down car

And she cannot be remade

no not by him

I told him she cannot use him as a crutch her entire life

He deserved more

I told him it won’t stop

I told him not to lay down on her.

Not to kneel to her

That would only be victimizing her

but she pulled him in

she is whispering at him

haunting him

Saying its his responsibility to help her

But she doesnt help herself

He used to be so warm

Used to smile with his teeth

and he is freezing now

he is almost blown away by the wind

and she is a blizzard by now

i told him not to blame himself

Not to get out the how to fix a car for dummies

But to tell

i told him her self harm is bad should not be his burden

but it is his burden now

She made sure of that

he sold his soul to her

Promised he wouldn’t tell

and i told him he could still smile

he could laugh

but he just shakes his head now

he looks down at the ground now

Dragging his old body right beside him

Dragging the tools to supposedly fix her

and i just want scream

that it’s okay

it’s okay to love her

But his love should be making him tell

should be making him scream

to her world

i told him he must understand

He must be strong enough to speak

Before it’s to late

i told him he can’t blame himself for her decisions

I told him to tell

But he said he could handle it

He can fix her

and in the end he almost wanted to blame himself
