The Art of Indecisiveness

Indecision:

when your most common phrase

is "I don't know."

when you ask for a latte

but wish you ordered a cappucino.

when you're asked to be

black or white

and can't help but feel gray.

My family and friends around me

you see,

they constantly get frustrated

at my lack of decison.

They never ask for my opinion

because they know I don't have one.

Here nor there;

In-between.

But why do I always

have to know what I want?

My life is a canvas,

and my lack of decision

gives me opportunity.

Opportunity? Yes.

For it gives my path

twists and turns,

ups and downs,

loop-dee-loops.

Just because my choices are

second guessed,

does not mean my strengths

are not concrete.
