The American Dream

What could be said of those who toil in the night?

That they are the poor and the destitute?

That they are the lonely and wicked?

No, this is not what we shall call them

They toil because they work for betterment

They do it in the night because they have already exhausted the day

They want for advancement of their lives

They want for security of their future

They seek to work for what they want

These people do not sit idle and wait for success to come

They sieze it!

So what could be said of those who toil in the night?

They are the future of the American Dream.
