The scene unfolds

on a president prepares to send the country to a war

they cannot win.

The world becomes a wall and everything is either on

One side or the other.

Democrat or republican.

Real or fake.

When this whole time the president is fake, 

Living a reality television life. 

The nation cannot move because we are staring at the screen,

Frozen in horror as the events unfold

Like some terrible movie.

We have to act in order to bring it to a happy ending.
