All Alone

I speak but nobody listens

and I feel as if I am all alone

I sit and stare

and wonder if this place is really my home

I feel as if I am encased in a ball of loneliness

and my heart is ready to give out

I am trapped in this small world

and all I want to do is get out

The wind whistles and the trees dance

as I sit alone on the big rock

And I guess I will just sit here

until the day my heart will stop.
