Age of 7

At the age of 7

I learned how to ride a bike

At the age of 7

I learned how to keep a secret and to not tell anyone

At the age of 7

I learned about fractions

At the age of 7

I learned how to cry when no one was around

At the age of 7

I learned how to write poems

At the age of 7

I learned how to stay silent forever

At the age of 17

My mom found out

At the age of 17

I cried my eyes out at a Deleware gas station

At the age of 17

I found out I wasn't the only one

At the age of 17

I learned how to say #MeToo

At the age of 17

I learned how to stop crying

At the age of 17

I learned how to stay strong

At the age of 17

I learned how to help other girls my age with the same experience

At the age of 17

I learned that I will not be grabbed by the pussy

At the age of 17

I learned how to bring awareness to sexual harassment and sexual abuse

At age 17

I learned that I will no longer be silent

At age 17

I learned that I am #WithHer
