The Aftermath

Currently we have been apart a year

This year has gone by so slow to realize

That my smile has been a big disguise

Wanting the real smile to reappear

I wish my mind was again crystal clear

My heart has felt like it was paralyzed

Oh I just wish that it would neutralize

Since the break up I have been insecure

But from this point on I will be happy

And I will love myself for who I am

Whoever comes and goes will be as is

And will never be on the mind of his

Next year will not be a long traffic jam

And will be a long year of memory.
