Absence

It's defeaning wouldn't you agree

The sound of silence which has come into our lives

We let it fill us with some kind of unknown acceptance

Yet all it brings is more desolation

Funny how we feel it most from those we love

Funny how it can shatter any sound

Funny how at this very moment I'm fighting fallin into that exact silence which i speak of

Can you here it too?

Whispearing into your ear

Like a mother singing her newborn child to sleep

And if you Listen closely it even speaks your name...
