911

Location

Pew Pew, cops and robbers running, shuffling, hiding behind the walls.

Pew, pew little hands clasped together the pointer fingers touching tips and shooting, sticks held in the sensitive spot between shoulder and chest. And there I was standing and watching wondering and wandering the playing field.

And now it's the battlefield. I want to be in the thick of it. I want to brandish the badge to duck and weave and shout out that it's all right I'm the police. A line that either reassures or rushes hearts that are swelling from the beating.

I want to make a broader view, a better place for all. And it begins with the 911 call.
