A word to describe.
No—
I would say I love you,
but love is too simple a word
to describe how I pulse for you.
I would say I long for you,
but longing is too fragile a word
to describe how I want you.
I could use a simple sentence,
one like 'your existence tilts my world off its axis'
but that measly line
is not enough to capture your true essence.
Because you—
your very entity—
can only be defined by otherworldly language.
You are as beautiful
as a burning star
a billion galaxies away.
You are as fierce
as a newly discovered black hole
heading to
swallow the Earth.
You are as divine and graceful
as those green-and-purple paintings in space,
littered with stars
and diamond rain.
And please—
to even begin to describe the way I feel about you:
That, for that, human nature can never formulate a word to describe that.
Love is overrated.
Longing is worn.
Desire is bland.
Dedication is comedy.
Affection is weak.
The way I feel about you cannot ever be categorized by humans till our end.
It will be a word to complex to pronounce. A word to strong to abide by. A word all fitting for you.
My perfect being. A pinnacle cannot crown you right in my eyes.
