Slow Burn

I sense the earth beneath my feet,
Broad rays of sunlight pitching shadows over subtle contours and splendid beauty; which defines the artistry of your face.
How could I ever gaze upon another,
with your features etched within my minds eye?
It is set in motion at first glance,
A heightened sense of heat settles at my base,
Then slowly climbs up through my legs,
Until decisively, and completely,
I am consumed.
I am yours.
