You bring forginess in grudgy hearts
You dance in kind, humble,loving souls peacefully
Fragnancing in the blossom of flowers around,
Making everyday new,filled with anti-aging sweetness,
Never growing old

You are found within,mending hearts
Replacing them with unfathomable joy
You are an inspiration,we see the good in difficulties because of you
You give the strength to try impossibilities
You bring success,
Why is it that most successful ones are sad?
Yet they have everything?
Why do some commit suicide?
Yet have nothing to complain about.
While most unsuccessful ones are happy.
Why?

Happiness can't be bought no matter the wealth you have,big things you own in the world
It is a state of mind braced from the heart.
Better be poor,but happy
Than being rich,with sleepless nights
It is better be satisfied and contented with the little you have with happiness.
What benefit is it to a millionaire who is not happy?

Happiness is not a competition with each other,
It's being true to self, living life to the fullest
Realising that you don't need anything or anyone to make you happy,
Not holding to expectations,they lead to dissapointments.
It is eternal,not seasonal
Seeking it for temporary moments,
Faking it with greediness

Some seek happiness in dreams alone, taking risks, gaining fame
Others in leadership positions,wealth,praise and more likes and followers

Happiness is when,
A beggar smiles looking for food in dustbins
A pauper is happier than a king
An orphan smiles for getting a sponsor
A poor man smiles to survive
An abandoned child gets refugee
A Covid-19 recovery walks out of the ICU smiling for the gift of life..

Happiness is giving what you have to others,
Sharing your blessings with the less fortunate,
Helping but not showing off
Giving a chance to those who need it
Sacrificing your self for the sake of others
Making someone smile,
Lighting up in the dark with laughter,joy and smiles.

Happiness cleanses and forgives
Drives away fears,worries and insecurities
Kissing goodbye to tears,pain, depressions and sadness.

Thank you for simplifying life equations.
