UNCOMFORTABLE COMFORT

You fill the holes in every one of my flaws
that i have constantly teared up over,
and occupy them with your deepest adoration and fondness,
knowing that the core of my negativity
continuously swallows up all your efforts of comfort
and vainly replaces them with distress and agony
as well as hatred
to only myself
and you have yet to show any discomfort.
Instead,
you convey your sympathy in the tenderest way,
and spark my yearning
for your love
and existance.
Without you,
I become abstract.
